The Short Version
We are a family-owned well drilling and water systems contractor, not a data company. We ask for your information so we can answer your question, price your job, file the permits, and show up at the right address.
- We collect only what you give us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.
- We use it to do the work: answer you, prepare estimates, file permits, schedule visits, and service your system.
- We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- A few outside services load fonts, icons, and maps on this site and see basic technical data.
- You stay in control. Ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time, within what the law allows.
Privacy Policy
It applies whether you are a homeowner with a pump that quit, a rancher planning an irrigation well, or a general contractor asking for a bid.
Information You Give Us
When you fill out our estimate request form, we ask only for what we need to help you:
- Your first and last name, plus a company name if you choose to add one
- Your phone number and email address
- The city or county where the property is located
- The property type, the service you need, your timeline, and any project details you type in
- How you would like us to reach you: phone, email, or text
When you call, text, or email us, we keep what you tell us, the number or address you used, and our notes about the job. On a service visit we also record details about your property and water system, such as where the well sits, the type of pump and tank, and any water test results.
Information Collected Automatically
Like almost every website, ours receives basic technical data each time a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here, and the date and time. Our hosting provider keeps this in standard server logs.
If we use a website analytics tool, it may set cookies to count visits and show which pages people find useful. We read those reports as totals. We do not use them to track or identify individual visitors.

We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not hand it to other companies for their own marketing. We share it only in the limited situations listed below.
When We Share Information
We share only what a task requires, and only for that task:
- Permitting agencies. Well permit applications and completion reports go to the water management district or county health department office that issues permits for your area. Once filed, they are kept by that agency as government records, and the agency may make them available to the public.
- Laboratories. If a water sample goes to an outside lab, the lab receives the sample details it needs to run the test.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website and email, or help with scheduling, accounting, and payments, see information only as needed to provide that service to us.
- Financing partners. Only when you ask to apply for financing, and only with your go-ahead.
- Legal requirements. When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect someone’s safety.
- A change in ownership. If the business ever changes hands, customer records would pass to the new owner, and this policy would continue to apply to those records.

Google Fonts
The typefaces on this site are delivered by Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
Google Maps
Maps on our contact and service area pages are embedded from Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when you view or use a map.
Font Awesome Icons
The small icons throughout the site load from the Font Awesome library through the cdnjs content network, which logs basic request data.
Website Hosting
Our hosting company stores the site’s files and keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
Review & Social Links
Links to our Google reviews and Facebook page take you to those websites. Anything you do there, including leaving a review, falls under their policies, not ours.
Managing Cookies
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, although some features of the embedded maps may not.
Retention, Security, & Your Choices
How Long We Keep It
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet business, tax, and legal record-keeping duties. Records about your well, such as its depth, pump, and service history, are worth keeping for the long haul, because they help us diagnose the next problem quickly, even years later. Estimate requests that never turn into work are deleted once we no longer need them.
How We Protect It
We use reasonable safeguards, and only the people who need your information to do their jobs can see it. Still, no website, email, or phone system is perfectly secure. This website does not take payments, so please do not send bank account numbers, card numbers, or Social Security numbers through our form, by text, or by email.
Your Choices
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Ask us to delete your information, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or permitting reasons
- Tell us how you want to be contacted, or ask us to stop contacting you
- Block or clear cookies in your browser
To make a request, call or email us using the details at the bottom of this page. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we share or change any records. Permits and completion reports already filed with a government agency stay in that agency’s records, and we are not able to remove them.
Children’s Privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging service for a home, farm, or business. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website or business changes. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date shown below. The version posted here is the one in effect.

Our pages explain wells, aquifers, pumps, water quality, and Florida rules in general terms. Every property sits on different ground, and regulations change over time. Nothing on this site is engineering, legal, health, or other professional advice for your specific property.

Estimates Are Final Only in Writing
Anything said about price, schedule, or scope on this website or in a conversation with us is preliminary. An estimate is not final until we provide it to you in writing. The written estimate or agreement you approve, not this website, sets the terms for your job.
