We plan the well around the demand, not the other way around.

Before we price a commercial well, we ask how much water you need at peak, how many hours a day it will run, what pressure the system needs, and whether anyone will drink the water. Those answers set the diameter, the casing, the pump, and the storage.

Then we build it to Florida’s construction standards, with approved casing and a neat cement grout seal that keeps surface water out of the aquifer. The same crew can set the pump, plumb the tanks, and install treatment, so you are not coordinating three trades for one water supply.

No power at the site? We set up solar pumping. Old wells in the way of new construction? We plug them under permit through our well abandonment service.

Permits & Compliance, Handled

Commercial wells carry more paperwork than home wells. We know the Florida rules, file the well permit, and help coordinate the rest, so your schedule does not stall at the permit counter.

Well Construction Permit

Florida requires a permit before any well is built, repaired, or abandoned, whatever its size. Depending on the county, it comes from the water management district or from a county health department office that issues permits for the district. We prepare and file it.

Water Use Permit

A well that supplies a business or irrigates crops generally also needs a water use permit from the water management district, which grants the right to use the water. We work with you or your engineer and provide the well information the application needs.

Drinking Water for a Business

A well that pipes drinking water to one or more businesses is regulated as a limited-use commercial public water system. The county health department oversees it, and it needs a Department of Health construction permit on top of the well permit. Septic systems must also stay at least 100 feet away.

Well Completion Report

Florida requires a well completion report to be filed with the permitting office within 30 days after a well is built, repaired, or abandoned. We file it, which leaves a record of your well that future owners and inspectors can look up.
